Beyoncé is scheduled to perform in Pittsburg at Heinz Field on May 31st. 2016 as part of her highly anticipated Formation Tour. The Formation World Tour kicks off April 27th and runs through June 12th in North America. The tour was announced by the star following her appearance at the Super Bowl 50. The show is sponsored by American Express and promoted by Live Nation. It is being produced by Parkwood Entertainment. Beyoncé is a 20-time multi-platinum Grammy winning artist. She is acclaimed for her provocative videos, thrilling vocals and exhilarating live shows. Beyoncé is one of the elite touring acts in the world. The Formation Tour is the first solo tour for the star since her Mrs. Carter World Tour in 2013. This sold-out tour was seen by close to two million fans. Beyoncé toured in five continents over a two-year period for the Mrs. Carter Tour.
This concert will be Beyoncé’s first show in Pittsburgh since her former group Destiny Child played at the Petersen Events Center back in 2005.
